In addition, the Smart Care service, a continuous, in-depth, medium/long-term health check on machines, is available on the latest generation of CCMs. Utilising artificial intelligence algorithms for in-cloud data analysis, Smart Care aims to “quantify” the value of information, generating dedicated KPIs on relevant parameters for anticipating and predicting interventions required to maintain production in optimal conditions.

Expanded over the years, the range of IPS preform presses has recently been enriched with the IPS 300. This is a solution distinguished by high performance, great reliability and flexibility. IPS also offers the possibility – unique on the market – to integrate quality control directly into the machine.

Compared to a traditional manual control, with the PVS 156 system directly integrated into the press, sample control is fast, constant and accurate:
